GENERAL CRITERIA
REQUIRED
Individuals may independently apply for consideration to join the upcoming cohort. The application process is highly competitive, with final selections made by a designated committee. Those chosen are recognized as Fellows, representing the program's commitment to professional excellence, influence, and distinction.
Prospective fellows are expected to meet the following professional requirements:
Corporate and Philanthropic: Director/VP/SVP (subjective based on organization size)
Government: Director (management of division, department or area)
Nonprofit: Executive Director overseeing a minimum $1 million annual budget or 3-5 employees, with the potential to lead a larger organization OR leader at large organization
10+ years of professional experience
Supervisory/management and leadership experience
Demonstrated high-growth and high-impact leadership potential
Civic involvement and board member experience
Interest in progression and commitment to personal and professional growth
Interest in mobility in Charlotte
At least 2 to 3 levels from C-suite
