PROGRAM

STRUCTURE

AALAC hosts monthly sessions beginning in the fall, concluding with a formal graduation ceremony in late spring. The program includes daytime sessions and opportunities to increase social capital through various engagement events.

The Advisory Board, Governing Board, Academy Fellows, and key partners nominate individuals from the private, public, and philanthropic sectors who exhibit leadership potential and readiness for growth. In addition to nominations, individuals may apply independently to be considered for joining the upcoming cohort. The application process is highly competitive, with final selections made by a designated committee. It is important to note that a nomination does not guarantee selection. Those selected are designated as Fellows, reflecting the program's high standards for professional excellence, influence, and distinction.
